How long does my order take to ship?

Orders generally ship out within the first 24-48 hours. For custom orders, or orders containing raw materials in short supply the turnaround time may be longer. Due to the custom nature of our blends and our commitment to quality, we do not stockpile a large inventory of already made products. Essential oils oxidize quickly and their therapeutic properties wane. If your order will take more than 48 hours to ship, we will contact you right away and tell you the expected turnaround time.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship to the United States and Cananda. Our hope is to ship internationally soon. Will update this page as the situation evolves.

What is your return policy? 

100% satisfaction is our goal, so if you’re not completely satisfied we will work out a remedy for you. We cannot accept returns of used or sampled cosmetics but we are happy to offer a discount code for the purchase of something else.
