SEA Origin Story
Hi there, my name is JoAnne Murphy and I live in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Since the late 1990s, I've been on a heartfelt journey, compelled by a deep passion for Aromatherapy through the use of essential oils in my daily life.
My mission began to provide comfort and relief to my cherished massage therapy clients, my dear family, and myself, and has evolved into a desire to make it my life’s purpose. Over the years, my love for Essential Oils has grown, along with my ability to craft products that people use in their daily lives.
I've been fortunate to witness and experience the incredible transformation that pure plant essences can bring. In the early years of being a small business partner (Murphy Family Massage Clinic) and single parent of two amazing sons, I developed a thyroid condition. Back then you couldn’t get medical insurance while self-employed and were not insurable if you had a pre-existing condition so I was forced to keep the condition on the “down-low”, untreated, without medical insurance.
It was essential oils and the products I created from them that allowed me to thrive despite the circumstances. I eventually had the benefit of medical insurance and now have the medications I need. I continue to use essential oils to support my immune system and metabolism and have the inspired drive to learn, share and grow as my Aromatherapy business fuels my passion.
The journey continues in the magical forests of the Pacific Northwest. I have such a kinship with the “fairy forests” here and hope to never leave. Aromatherapy has been a true labor of love, nurtured through a process of trial and error, and now, it's coming into sharper focus as I work diligently to achieve my National Certification in Aromatherapy, through the Aromahead Institute.

Carrier Oils of the Highest Quality
A carrier oil in aromatherapy is a neutral, base oil used to dilute essential oils, ensuring safe application while enhancing their therapeutic benefits on the skin and body.
